▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing sulfonated graphene-based composite film, involves (a) dissolving and dispersing aqueous polymer containing hydroxyl and/or amino groups and sulfonated graphene in water to obtain a slurry, coating the slurry on a base belt, drying, dehydrating, crosslinking and curing, and peeling off in order to obtain the sulfonated graphene/polymer film, placing the sulfonated graphene/polymer film under a protective atmosphere, carbonizing and graphitizing to obtain the sulfonated graphene-based composite film. USE - The method is used for preparing sulfonated graphene-based composite film (claimed), which is used in electronic product, sensor, touch screen and metal surfaces. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids the defects and micropores formed in the process of carbonization and graphitization, and is economical, environmentally-friendly and easy for industrial production, and the obtained composite film is flexible, and has high thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity and excellent heat dissipation effect.
