▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Process for preparing a graphene powder by a redox method, involves (i) heating graphene oxide solution at 60-90 degrees C, (ii) slowly adding hydrazine hydrate, refluxing at 75-85 degrees C for 12 hours in a water bath, and (iii) adding water for centrifugal separation, washing until neutral and drying to obtain a reduced graphene powder. USE - The process is useful for preparing a graphene powder by a redox method. ADVANTAGE - The method strictly controls the amount of hydrazine hydrate, reaction time and reaction temperature, prepares a high-purity reduced graphene, is simple and feasible, has fewer process flows and high yield, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. The prepared graphene powder has excellent dispersibility, low stacking degree and does not easily agglomerate.
