▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-containing chlorine-containing anode comprises dissolving soluble salt of ruthenium element, soluble salts of an iridium element and a titanium salt in water, where the total metal concentration in the aqueous solution is 110-140 g/l, and the molar ratio of the iridium elements is 15-35 wt.% and the mol ratio of titanium elements is 10-30 wt., and the molten salt of the titanium element is 35-55% to obtain a salt solution, adding graphene solution, stirring the salt solution with an ultrasonic mixing instrument, and mixing them uniformly to obtain an active coating liquid, pickling the metal substrate of anode containing titanium elements, and removing the oxide layer on the surface of metal substrate to form a chlorine-separating anode, coating the active coating liquid obtained in step (A) on metal substrate, and then performing heat treatment on the coated metal substrate under the oxygen-containing atmosphere. USE - Anode for use in a chlor-alkali electrolysis device. Uses include but are not limited to sodium hydroxide preparation. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing chlorine-containing anode has low chlorine evolution potential, long service life, and can improve the chlorine oxygen potential difference, enhance the selectivity of the electrode, and reduce the side reaction in sodium hydroxide preparation. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning electroscope diagram of the graphene-containing chlorine-containing anode.
