NOVELTY - The sensor has a sensor which is prepared by using laser cutting technology to prepare the stretchable structure with slit after preparing graphene on the paper substrate. The manufacturing electrode sheet is provided at two ends of the stretchable structure, at last, using hydrophobic material to package. The sensor realizes the nitrogen dioxide gas sensing and temperature sensing. The detection limit concentration of the nitrogen dioxide gas of the sensor is 6ppb. The temperature detection precision is 0.5 degrees centigrade. The inner portion of the stretchable structure is provided with a slit. USE - Super-hydrophobic stretchable paper base gas temperature sensor e.g. room temperature nitrogen dioxide (NO2) gas sensor used in wearable electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The super-hydrophobic stretchable paper-based gas temperature sensor exhibits excellent gas response performance in the stretching and bending state, and is simple, green and environment-friendly. The super-hydrophobic stretchable paper base gas temperature sensor is super-hydrophobic, stretchable, multifunctional sensing performance and green, environment-friendly, low characteristics, intelligent wearing, disposable device and other fields with wide application prospect. The paper base sensor has a tensile property, and greatly reduces the performance influence of the stretching to the sensor. The super-hydrophobic coating prepared by simple soaking method, the sensor avoids the pollution of liquid, such as water, milk, fruit juice, and ink. The preparation method of flexible sensor mainly adopts transfer printing, the sensor prepared by the method is not easy to be degraded. The preparation method does not need expensive material and complex preparation process, by simple coating, cutting, soaking to prepare the high-performance superhydrophobic stretchable multifunctional sensor, due to the unique stretchable structure with slit. The slit structure makes the paper have stretching, and reduces the influence of the stretching to the paper to the lowest. The sensor has a stable gas response in both stretched and bent states, which provides an idea for the fabrication of multi-parameter, disposable sensors.
