▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing cross-scale multi-layer graphene composite wave-absorbing material involves (a) performing laser texturing treatment on a foam copper plate to obtain a structure template with a surface superstructure, (b) using aluminum-aluminum-doped (ALD) technology to place graphene and transition metal sulfide on the structure template, (c) using an etching process to remove the structural template to obtain graphene-transition metal sulfuride heterogeneous composite material plate, and (d) assembling at least two layers of the graphene-tetrahydro-transformation metal sulfides heterogeneous complex composite material board to obtain the cross-scale multi-layer graphene composite wave-absorbing material. USE - Preparation method of cross-scale multi-layer graphene composite wave-absorbing material used in micro-nano manufacturing and wave absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The cross-scale multi-layer graphene composite wave-absorbing material ensures excellent mechanical property and realizes efficient wave- absorbing of ultra-wideband, at the same time, it has a tunable wave absorbing property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a cross-scale multi-layer graphene composite wave-absorbing material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram of the cross-scale multi-level graphene composite wave-absorbing material preparation method. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
