▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrospinning of superfine high density graphene modified polymer fiber comprises (i) grinding 1-5 wt.% graphene oxide, 85-96 wt.% high-density polymer, 3-10 wt.% cellulose acetate butyrate into powder using a three-roll machine at room temperature; (ii) dispersing powder into a high temperature syringe which is set with receiver, and electrostatic spinning device, carrying out electric heating of syringe until the solid melts; and (iii) carrying out electrospinning at a distance of 20-30 cm having flow rate of 1 ml/hours with a voltage of 17-25 kV. USE - The method is useful for electrospinning of superfine high density graphene modified polymer fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environmental friendly, and suitable for large scale production.
