NOVELTY - Graphene silk quilt comprises silkworm cocoon, moxa, graphene and ethanol, where prepared by placing the silk into warm water to soak, soaking the impurity adhered on the silk surface, taking out the soaked silk and washing using clean water, placing the cleaned silk into a drying device for drying, repeatedly washing the silk fibroin with pure water. USE - Graphene silk quilt. ADVANTAGE - The graphene silk quilt is combined by graphene silk and silk, increasing the mechanical property and antibacterial performance of silk itself, the silk has high flexibility, graphene combined with silk, the ventilation property is ensured, convenient for heat dissipation and ventilation, and the added moxa has healthcare effect. It ensures that the graphene silk is used for comfort level and the sleeping effect. The titanium dioxide is mixed in the feed for feeding the five-age silkworm, increasing breaking strength and elongation at break of silk, and obviously improving the mechanical properties of the silk itself. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene silk quilt comprising (i) firstly placing the silk into warm water to soak, soaking the impurity adhered on the silk surface, taking out the soaked silk and washing using clean water, (ii) placing the cleaned silk into a drying device for drying, (iii) adding the silk to the sodium bicarbonate solution with the mass fraction of 0.5 %, boiling for 45 minutes, repeatedly washing the silk fibroin with pure water for multiple times, using picric acid cochineal red solution to remove the silk glue, taking a small amount of degummed silk fibroin into a beaker, adding the prepared bittern-carmine solution into a beaker, taking out the silk fibroin, and washing with deionized water, the color of the sample is yellow, then completely removing the sericin, if there is red, the sericin is not removed completely, after degumming, drying the silk fibroin in an oven at 40℃, taking certain mass of silk fibroin, adding 10 M lithium bromide solution according to the bath ratio of 1:10, dissolving at 50℃ for 1 hour, placing dissolved silk fibroin solution into dialysis bag, dialyzing for three days, changing once water every 2 hours, at last, filtering the dialyzed silk fibroin solution by eight layers of gauze, or centrifuging for 20 minutes at the rotating speed of 9000 revolution/minute, at last, placing the fibroin solution at 4℃ in refrigerator, (iv) extruding and spinning, and stretching to obtain the natural silk fiber, (v) using opening machine at normal temperature for loosening the silk, (vi) using the oxidation solution graphene drop on the silicon sheet, naturally drying, soaking it in 57 % hydroiodic acid solution, and placing in water bath, heat preserving at 100℃ for 1 hour, cooling the reactant to room temperature, washing using pure water to reduce the hydrogen iodic acid on the surface graphene, placing into the ventilation cabinet to dry to obtain redox graphene, then dispersing the redox graphene into pure water to obtain the redox graphene solution, and adding the ethanol into the graphene aqueous solution, (vii) placing the silk into the prepared oxidation-reduction grapheme solution, soaking for 20 minutes, taking out and washing by using the deionized water, (viii) placing the cleaned silk into a dryer, drying for 25 minutes, (ix) processing the silk and moxa by textile machine to obtain the cotton sheet, and (x) pulling the cotton sheet, and stacking the 5 layers of cotton sheets, sewing the 5 layers of cotton sheets to obtain graphene silk quilt core, placing the graphene silk quilt core into the quilt cover, and then sewing again to obtain the silk grapheme.
