NOVELTY - Rubber foaming material comprises 36-44 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene rubber, 13-16 pts. wt. silica, 9.5-10.5 pts. wt. carbon black N550, 14-16 pts. wt. industrial soybean oil, 1.8- 2.2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.45-0.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.45-0.5 pts. wt. graphene, 2.8-3.2 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.45-0.55 pts. wt. sulfur and 0.45-0.55 pts. wt. accelerant. USE - Used as rubber foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The rubber foaming material: has excellent tensile compressive strength and compressive deformation ability, small density, low water absorption, fast rebound rubber foaming material. The method: is simple, short process flow, convenient operation, easy to control, no need of device and is easy to realize industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the rubber foaming material, comprising (i) banburying the ethylene propylene diene rubber to obtain the banburying rubber; (ii) performing first mixing f banburying rubber, silicone soil, carbon black, zinc oxide, graphene, stearic acid, sulfuric acid, accelerating agent and industrial soybean oil to obtain the first mixing body; (iii) pulling the first mixing body by open mill to obtain cold sheet glue; (iv) subjecting the cold sheet glue and foaming agent for the second mixing to obtain the second mixing body; and (v) extruding the second mixing body, foaming to obtain the rubber foaming material.
