NOVELTY - The method involves preparing ultra-thin graphene oxide dispersion liquid. The ultra-thin graphene oxide dispersion liquid is diluted to proper concentration. The ultra-thin graphene oxide dispersion liquid is sprayed to two sides of a perforated foil. The perforated foil is dried in an oven. The graphene oxide coated perforated foil is heated in a halogen lamp integrated heating system. The graphene oxide coated on two sides of the perforated foil is reduced. A finished double-sided ultra-thin graphene oxide coated lithium ion power battery perforated foil is manufactured. USE - Double-sided ultra-thin graphene coated lithium ion power battery perforated foil manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing voltage difference consistency, performance rate and capacity of a battery set, reducing manufacturing cost and electric core resistance, enhancing bonding adhesion of active foil material, protecting a collector in an effective manner, prolonging service life of the battery, and manufacturing the perforated foil with wide application range.
