NOVELTY - The synthesis method for preparing flaky zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material involves taking graphene oxide prepared by Hummers' process, ultrasonically dispersing in absolute ethanol to obtain graphene oxide colloidal solution, dissolving monoethanolamine and zinc acetate dihydrate into graphene oxide colloidal solution, placing resulting mixed solution in reaction kettle, collecting resulting solid product by centrifugation, washing with deionized water and ethanol, placing in freeze-drying oven, adding in tube furnace, high temperature calcining, and holding. USE - Synthesis method for preparing flaky zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of flaky zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The synthesis method for preparing flaky zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material involves taking certain amount of improved graphene oxide prepared by Hummers' process, ultrasonically dispersing in 10-100 ml absolute ethanol to obtain graphene oxide colloidal solution, dissolving certain amount of monoethanolamine and zinc acetate dihydrate into graphene oxide colloidal solution, stirring well at room temperature for 1 hour, placing resulting mixed solution in reaction kettle at 160-190 degrees C, maintaining temperature for 24-48 hours, collecting resulting solid product by centrifugation, washing with deionized water and ethanol several times, placing in freeze-drying oven at low temperature for 24 hours, adding in tube furnace, high temperature calcining at 400-600 degrees C under argon atmosphere, and holding for 2-5 hours. The concentration of zinc acetate dihydrate is 0.01-0.1 mol/l. The volume of monoethanolamine is 20-50 ml. The mass ratio of zinc acetate dihydrate and monoethanolamine is 1:(0.01-0.1). The concentration of graphene oxide is 0.1-2 mg/ml.
