▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device has a glue part arranged between an electronic component and a heating block, where the glue part is provided with resin and alkene or resin and carbon nanotube. The glue part is formed with weight percent that is 10 percent less than or equal to resin of graphene or carbon nanotube. The heating block is combined and fixed on a circuit board by a heat interface material. The circuit board is fixed on a radiating sheet via the heat interface material arranged in a hole. Thermal interface material is provided with the resin and alkene or resin and carbon nanotube. USE - Radiating device for an electronic/photo-electric assembly. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures realizing better heat conducting number with even heat and transparent effect. The device realizes different radiating routes respect to a radiating component so as to satisfy radiating requirements of a thinner product by transparent graphene or nano carbon tube.
