NOVELTY - Composite ink comprises 20-30 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane resin, 33-45 pts. wt. chlorinated polypropylene resin, 25-35 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic acid resin, 10-20 pts. wt. glyceryl stearate, 10-25 pts. wt. ethanol, 3-8 pts. wt. chitosan-graphene composite materials, 3-8 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 15-25 pts. wt. metallic paint, 3-8 pts. wt. hollow glass beads and 1-2 pts. wt. walnut powder. USE - Composite ink used for metal printing. ADVANTAGE - The composite ink has corrosion resistance property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite ink, which involves: (A) mixing glyceryl stearate and ethyl alcohol; (B) stirring the obtained mixture; (C) adding aqueous polyurethane resin, chlorinated polypropylene resin and aqueous acrylic resin in the obtained mixture; (D) grinding the mixture; (E) adding chitosan-graphene composite material in the obtained mixture; (F) stirring the mixture for 30-40 minutes; (G) adding remaining components in the mixture; and (H) stirring the obtained mixture.
