NOVELTY - Preparing and processing graphene film involves utilizing processing solution of graphene film substrate in water or ethanol solution of dopamine hydrochloride at a concentration of 0.01-1wt.%. USE - Method for preparing and processing graphene film used as flexible electrode, liquid crystal display element, touch screen, wearable flexible electrode heating device and solar battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare and process graphene film eliminates the resistance uniformity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene film, which involves: (A) treating the substrate to form a substrate with a polymer layer; (B) bonding the graphene side of the grown graphene/metal substrate with the polymer layer by pressure; (C) heating to form a graphene/metal substrate/graphene/film; and (D) etching the metal substrate/graphene to form a graphene/polymer/ substrate structure which is the graphene film.
