NOVELTY - Preparing aza-graphene quantum dots emitting white fluorescence comprises dissolving citric acid and urea in solvent, reacting at 175-185 degrees C for 2-4 hours, centrifuging, removing the solvent and drying to obtain graphene quantum dot emitting white fluorescence, where the ratio of citric acid, urea and dimethylformamide is 0.5-1 g:0.5-1 g:5-10 ml. USE - The method is useful for preparing aza-graphene quantum dots emitting white fluorescence (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, the raw material is cheap and easy to obtain, it can be largely prepared, and emits white fluorescence in solution, with high fluorescence quantum yield, and has important application prospect in development of new white organic light-emitting material.
