▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Kit comprises a substrate on which a nucleic acid probe or an antibody capable of specifically binding to an isothermal amplification product of a target nucleic acid on the surface or inside of the hydrogel is immobilized, and a set of primers capable of specifically binding to a target nucleic acid. USE - The kit is useful for multiple detection of a target substance chosen from S.pneumoniae, H.influenzae, M.pneumoniae, C.pneumoniae, metapneumovirus, coronavirus 229E, coronavirus NL63 and coronavirus OC43 (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The kit has excellent sensitivity and specificity for simultaneous detection of multiple target substances without cross-reaction or interference reaction between the probes or antibodies, and enables rapid on-site diagnosis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for multiple detection of a target substance, which involves (a) obtaining a nucleic acid sample from the biological sample of the subject, (b) contacting the sample with the above-mentioned substrate, and (c) performing an isothermal amplification reaction by adding a composition for isothermal amplification.
