▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flame-retardant high-voltage cable comprises a conductive inner core and an insulating layer covering the conductive inner core. The insulating layer raw material comprises 100-200 pts. wt. polymer, 25-50 pts. wt. flame retardant, 5-10 pts. wt. dispersant and 3-10 pts. wt. stacked graphene. The polymer comprises mixtures of low-density polyethylene and/or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The flame retardant includes aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and/or calcium carbonate. The stacked graphene comprises at least two layers of graphene structures. An off angle is set between the graphene structures, and the off angle is 1-2°. The dispersant includes γ-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and/or N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. USE - The cable is used in large market, hospital, office, station, airport, civil house building fire alarm system, smoke detection system, emergency lighting power supply system and public broadcast system. ADVANTAGE - The insulating layer contains graphene, which improves the heat dissipation performance of the insulating layer and reduces the probability of flames caused by the cable due to internal causes, the cable has good flame retardant effect, the cable insulation layer has good heat conduction effect, which solves the technical problem of cable flame caused by internal factors in the prior art. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the flame-retardant high-voltage cable.
