NOVELTY - UV multiple curing organic-inorganic hybrid fluorosilicon light-diffusing coating comprises 20-60 wt.% organic-inorganic hybrid silicone resin, 10-40 wt.% mercapto silicone resin, 10-30 wt.% epoxy silicone resin, 1-5 wt.% free radical photoinitiator, 1-5 wt.% cationic photoinitiator, 0-0.5 wt.% antifoaming agent and 0-0.5 wt.% wetting agent. USE - The UV multiple curing organic-inorganic hybrid fluorosilicon light-diffusing coating is used in LED optical film, lamp and other occasions needing light diffusion. ADVANTAGE - The UV multiple curing organic-inorganic hybrid fluorosilicon light-diffusing coating has high curing efficiency, excellent transmittance and haze, excellent hardness, high temperature resistance, water resistance, UV aging resistance, adhesion, heat-conducting and flame-retardant, and is safe and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (1) preparing organic-inorganic hybrid vinyl fluorosilicone resin, (2) preparing mercapto silicone resin, (3) preparing epoxy silicone resin, and (4) fully mixing organic-inorganic hybrid vinyl fluorosilicone resin, mercapto silicone resin, epoxy silicone resin, free radical photoinitiator and cationic photoinitiator under the condition of nitrogen protection, and obtaining UV multiple curing organic-inorganic hybrid fluorosilicon light-diffusing coating.
