▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The filter has a rotatable drum assembly comprising a drum micron filter part for retaining graphene or reduced graphene oxide, while allowing filtrate to pass through. A spray bar assembly comprises openings for dispensing one of carbonaceous composition and wash liquid inside the drum assembly, where the carbonaceous composition comprises graphene or reduced graphene oxide. The spray bar assembly is coupled to a source of carbonaceous composition, and dispenses the carbonaceous composition inside the drum assembly. USE - Reaction filter for filtering carbonaceous composition i.e. graphene. ADVANTAGE - The filter enables scalable, high volume manufacturing, synthesis or processing of the materials and ensures that reactor components are automatically cleaned with minimal manual intervention and/or without need for manual intervention. The filter can control oxidation characteristics and amount of exfoliation, and is safer to operate with controlled procedural and engineered temperature levels. The filter can efficiently minimize use of reagents for carrying out reactions and filtrations in fully scalable manner.
