NOVELTY - Preparing hydroxylated titania/graphene visible light catalyzing material involves adding 3-20mL of 0.8-2.0 g/L graphene solution to 10-30mL water and ultrasonically dispersing mixture for 20-40 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion. The 1-3mL acetic acid, 2-6mL titanium salt and 0.01-0.5g surfactant are dissolved in 10-30mL ethanol. The 1-3mL nitrate or nitric acid is dissolved in 20-60mL deionized water to obtain clear solution. The graphene dispersion is added drop-wise to transparent solution and subjected to ultrasonic agitation at 20-40 degrees C for 10-30 minutes. USE - Method for preparing hydroxylated titania/graphene visible light catalyzing material used in sewage treatment, photolysis of water, air purification, solar energy battery and antibiosis material(claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare hydroxylated titania/graphene visible light catalyzing material in simple and quick manner that is durable, and has high activity, small forbidden band width, wide spectrum response range, strong adsorption and wide range of industrial applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing hydroxylated titania/graphene visible light catalyzing material involves adding 3-20mL of 0.8-2.0 g/L graphene solution to 10-30mL water and ultrasonically dispersing mixture for 20-40 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion. The 1-3mL acetic acid, 2-6mL titanium salt and 0.01-0.5g surfactant are dissolved in 10-30mL ethanol. The 1-3mL nitrate or nitric acid is dissolved in 20-60mL deionized water to obtain clear solution. The graphene dispersion is added drop-wise to transparent solution and subjected to ultrasonic agitation at 20-40 degrees C for 10-30 minutes to obtain uniform brown solution. The 0.1-3.0 mole/L alkaline solution is added drop-wise to 5-30mL uniform brown solution to adjust pH of solution at 1.6 -8.0. The solution is ultrasonically stirred for 5-20 minutes to obtain uniform gray solution. The obtained uniform gray solution is placed in water bath at 50-80 degrees C for 20-60 minutes. The solution is ultrasonically stirred for 5-20 minutes to obtain uniformly dispersed mucus. The mucus is subjected to strengthening treatment at 100-500 Watt, where emission wavelength of ultraviolet light is 300-395nm, irradiation time is 0.5-3 hours, power is 300-650 Watt, duty cycle is 30-80%, and reaction time is 0.5-2 hours. The obtained reaction product is filtered and washed 3-4 times with distilled water and absolute ethanol. The washed product is baked at 60-80 degrees C for 8-16 hours and then ground to obtain final product.
