NOVELTY - A current collector comprises conductive material, high-molecular resin and hot melt adhesive. USE - Current collector for secondary battery (claimed) e.g. lithium ion battery used in various electronic devices e.g. electric vehicle or mobile communication product. Can also be used in lithium polymer battery. ADVANTAGE - The melting point of the hot melt adhesive in the current collector application is low, ensuring that the heat generated by the short circuit of the battery can make the adhesive to be melted in time, fast melting and cutting the electronic conduction between the conductive material, it has the function of short circuit protection, and the safety performance is good. Application current collector is introduced into the polymer resin, reducing the use amount of the metal, and has low current collector density, which can reduce the cost, reduce the weight of battery, at the same time, the collector has good flexibility.
