NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-polyvinylpyrrolidone aqueous composite anticorrosive paint involves preparing graphene oxide aqueous solution by ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide powder in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution with a mass fraction of 0.01-1 wt.%. The graphene oxide aqueous solution is heated to 20-120 degrees C, polyvinylpyrrolidone is added and stirred until polyvinylpyrrolidone is completely dissolved, stirred at 20-120 degrees C for 30-240 minutes to obtain a covalent bond grafting composite reaction solution, where mass ratio of graphene oxide and polyvinylpyrrolidone in graphene oxide aqueous solution is 1:(0.1-10). The composite reaction solution is cooled to room temperature, filtered and separated by a microporous filter membrane to obtain the filtered solid product. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide-polyvinylpyrrolidone aqueous composite anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene oxide-polyvinylpyrrolidone aqueous composite anticorrosive paint, which solves problem of weak adhesive force, flash rust and bad mechanical stability, has excellent anti-corrosion performance, good development prospect, no secondary pollution, improves safety and simplicity of preparation process, improves anti-corrosion effect of aqueous composite coating, and extends service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide-polyvinylpyrrolidone aqueous composite anticorrosive paint involves preparing graphene oxide aqueous solution by ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide powder in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution with a mass fraction of 0.01-1 wt.%. The graphene oxide aqueous solution is heated to 20-120 degrees C, polyvinylpyrrolidone is added and stirred until polyvinylpyrrolidone is completely dissolved, stirred at 20-120 degrees C for 30-240 minutes to obtain a covalent bond grafting composite reaction solution, where mass ratio of graphene oxide and polyvinylpyrrolidone in graphene oxide aqueous solution is 1:(0.1-10). The composite reaction solution is cooled to room temperature, filtered and separated by a microporous filter membrane to obtain the filtered solid product. The filtered solid product is washed with alcohol for 2-5 times, washed with water for 2-5 times, dried and grounded in sequence to obtain composite powder. The composite powder is ultrasonically dispersed in deionized water to obtain 0.1-10 wt.% composite material dispersion, and composite material powder and aqueous epoxy resin emulsion are stirred uniformly in a mass ratio of (0.1-10):100 to obtain mixture, which is air-dried until mixture becomes viscous to obtain a viscous mixture. A curing agent and film-forming auxiliary agent are added to mixture to perform ultrasonic dispersion, and then stirred and mixed to obtain final product. The mass ratio of aqueous epoxy resin emulsion and curing agent is 1:(0.5-3), and mass ratio of aqueous epoxy resin emulsion and film-forming auxiliary agent is 100:(0.01-5).
