NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene-silicon-molybdenum disulfide composite material involves preparing a three-dimensional graphene, depositing a silicon layer on the three-dimensional graphene, and depositing molybdenum disulfide on the silicon layer. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene-silicon-molybdenum disulfide composite material used for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of three-dimensional graphene-silicon-molybdenum disulfide composite material with improved specific surface area. The method effectively prevents aggregation silicon and molybdenum disulfide and restacking of graphene. The lithium ion battery has improved specific capacity of 2000 mAh/g, initial coulomb efficiency of 82%, discharge property, capacity retention ratio, and cycle stability.
