NOVELTY - Graphene synergistic flame-retardant polyolefin cable protection sleeve material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer resin, 120-160 pts. wt. graphene composite flame retardant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, where the polyolefin elastomer resin is INFUSETM olefin block copolymer (OBC), ethylene- alpha -olefin copolymer elastomer (POE) and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) resin. USE - The sleeve material is useful for left trailing cable (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sleeve material has softness (80-85A), excellent elasticity, crack resistance, flame retardant properties, low heating speed and low smoke speed during combustion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene synergistic flame-retardant polyolefin cable protection sleeve material comprising (i) high speed mixing aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, graphene in a high speed mixer for 5-10 minutes at a rotating speed of 500-800 revolutions/minute, then injecting antioxidant and lubricant and then continuously mixing for 5 minutes, and (ii) adding polyolefin elastomer resin and graphene compound flame retardant into a double-screw extruder, extruding and plasticizing, granulating, drying and cooling to obtain final product.
