NOVELTY - Preparing high strength, corrosion-resistant fishing net line comprises (a) mixing 70-80 pts. wt. polyethylene, 5-7 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 4-5 pts. wt. titanic acid ester coupling agent, 0.6-1 pts. wt. butyl benzyl phthalate, 3-4 pts. wt. dioctyl succinic acid sodium sulfonate, 4-5 pts. wt. sodium glycocholate and 50-60 pts. wt. de-ionized water uniformly, adding into a spinning tank for spinning treatment, curing and forming, water washing and stretching and drying to obtain blending yarn, (b) adding the blending yarn into a plasma generator for cold plasma treatment, processing for 2-3 minutes, and (c) twisting the blended yarn into a line. USE - The method is useful for preparing high strength, corrosion-resistant fishing net line. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the strength of the fishing net line, enhances the chemical corrosion resistance of the fishing net line, improves the quality of the fishing net line greatly and prolongs the shelf life of the fishing net line.
