NOVELTY - Preparing absorbing cyanate ester resin comprises (1) adding cyanate ester resin, epoxy resin and absorbent into internal mixer to carry out banburying and coarse mixing to obtain rough mixing cyanate ester resin, (2) adding the rough mixing cyanate ester resin into an open mill and refining and mixing to obtain fine mixing cyanate absorbing resin, adding a curing agent to the finely mixed cyanate ester resin to obtain a curing system of cyanate ester resin, where the curing agent is aliphatic amine curing agent, polyamide curing agent, aromatic amine curing agent, polyetheramine curing agent, dicyandiamide curing agent and/or acid anhydride curing agent, and (3) triggering curing of the absorbing cyanate resin curing system at different temperature stages to obtain absorbing cyanate resins with different viscosities. USE - The method is useful for preparing absorbing cyanate ester resin. ADVANTAGE - The absorbing cyanate ester resin has better stability of absorbing performance and process characteristics, and different viscosities in different technological processes, which is beneficial to the uniform dispersion of the absorbent, and beneficial to calendering molding. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: an absorbing cyanate ester resin composite material. (1) an absorbing cyanate ester resin; (2) a preparation method of absorbing cyanate ester resin composite material comprising (a) adding cyanate ester resin, epoxy resin and absorbent into internal mixer to carry out banburying and coarse mixing to obtain rough mixing cyanate ester resin, (b) adding the rough mixed cyanate ester resin into an open mill for refining and mixing to obtain finely mixed cyanate absorbing resin, and then adding fine mixing cyanate absorbing resin A curing agent to the ester resin to obtain a curing system of the absorbing cyanate ester resin, where the curing agent is aliphatic amine curing agent, polyamide curing agent, aromatic amine curing agent, polyetheramine curing agent, dicyandiamide curing agent and/or acid anhydride curing agent, (c) triggering curing of the cyanate ester resin curing system at least in a low temperature stage to obtain the absorbing cyanate resin blank, and adding the absorbing cyanate resin blank into the calender for calendering to obtain the absorbing cyanate resin film, and (d) stacking multiple layers of the absorbing cyanate resin films, and then triggering curing in at least one high temperature stage to obtain a composite absorbing cyanate resin; and
