NOVELTY - Preparation of micro-nano engine, involves (i) depositing metal on porous template and obtaining conductive template, (ii) using electrolytic solution containing graphene oxide as plating solution (a), depositing oxidized graphene on inner wall of pores of conductive template in three-electrode system plating bath with a conductive template as working electrode, (iii) using electrolytic solution containing permanganate ion as plating solution (b), repeating deposition of manganese dioxide into inner wall of pores of conductive template in plating bath of three-electrode system. USE - Preparation of micro-nano engine used in biomedical and environmental management applications. ADVANTAGE - The micro-nano engine has high speed in low concentration of hydrogen peroxide fuel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of micro-nano engine, involves (i) depositing a metal on a porous template and obtaining conductive template, (ii) using electrolytic solution containing graphene oxide as plating solution (a), depositing oxidized graphene on the inner wall of the pores of the conductive template in a three-electrode system plating bath with a conductive template as a working electrode, (iii) using electrolytic solution containing permanganate ion as plating solution (b), repeating deposition of manganese dioxide into the inner wall of the pores of the conductive template in the plating bath of the three-electrode system in which the plating solution (a) is removed, and (iv) removing metal layer on the conductive template and conductive template, and obtaining micro-nano engine. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for micro-nano engine.
