NOVELTY - Preparing piezoelectric flexible self-powered sensor battery comprises (a) adding graphene oxide into deionized water, stirring and shaking to form a graphene oxide suspension, (b) adding the MXene solution into the graphene oxide suspension and stirring evenly, adding glucose, stirring and shaking until completely dissolved, (c) adding cellulose suspension into deionized water, and stirring until completely dissolved to obtain a cellulose solution, (d) mixing and stirring the obtained solution (c) and the solution obtained in the step (b) to obtain a mixed solution, (e) pouring the mixed solution into a prefabricated container, performing directional freezing with liquid nitrogen, and placing in a freeze dryer for drying to obtain a dried sample, (f) adding the dried sample into a tube furnace to feed nitrogen gas, heating to obtain a finished product, and using the finished product to assemble the battery. USE - Preparation method of piezoelectric flexible self-powered sensor battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare piezoelectric flexible self-powered sensor battery that reduces the space volume occupied by the pressure sensor, and improves the performance of the battery.
