NOVELTY - Sheath material comprises 2-4 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. zinc naphthenate, 5-8 pts. wt. phthalate, 170-200 pts. wt. PVC, 16-21 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 6-7 pts. wt. palm wax, 5-9 pts. wt. beta -hydroxyalkylamide, 7-10 pts. wt. glycidyl alcohol, 13-20 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. sodium methoxide. USE - The sheath material is used for color sorter. ADVANTAGE - The sheath material has excellent protection effect on the base of the color sorter. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the sheath material, which involves (i) taking polyvinylpyrrolidone, adding 27-30 times deionized water, and stirring to obtain an aqueous polymer solution, (ii) taking methyl methacrylate and glycidyl alcohol, adding polymer aqueous solution, uniformly stirring, sending to a stainless steel reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle at 90-100 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours, adding sodium methoxide, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 150-160 degrees C, stirring for 2-3 hours, and discharging the material to obtain a modified solution, (iii) taking graphene oxide and calcium stearate, mixing and leaving still at 200-230 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, cooling to normal temperature, adding 15-20 times deionized water, and ultrasonically treating for 40-50 minutes to obtain a graphene dispersion, (iv) mixing the modified solution and graphene dispersion, and stirring to obtain a composite solution, (v) taking palm wax, adding 10-14 times anhydrous ethanol, placing in a constant temperature water bath at 70-75 degrees C, and stirring and dissolving to obtain an alcohol dispersion, and (vi) uniformly mixing the composite solution and alcohol dispersion, adding beta -hydroxyalkylamide, increasing the temperature at 150-160 degrees C, stirring for 100-130 minutes, adding zinc naphthenate and PVC, continuously heating and stirring for 20-40 minutes, filtering, washing the precipitate with water, mixing with phthalate, uniformly stirring, sending to a extruder, melting and extruding, and cooling to obtain the product.
