NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene, involves mixing and heating heavy aromatic hydrocarbon as carbon source, and sulfuric acid as carbonizing agent, cooling and filtering, drying to obtain a graphene precursor, mixing the graphene precursor with a filler, grinding, and subjecting the obtained mixture powder under inert gas protection to high-temperature peeling and thinning. USE - Preparation of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene as thin sheet having excellent crystallinity, without using a catalyst.
