NOVELTY - The device has a transparent polyimide film layer laminated with a first conductive layer, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, a graphene material layer, an electron injection layer, and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer and the second conductive layer provided with different thicknesses. The first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are communicated with each other. A composite structure comprises a first graphene pattern layer and a second graphene pattern layer. USE - Polyimide-based graphene electroluminescent device. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces production cost of a mass production with graphene material, reduces voltage and current that need to drive signal, thus saving power consumption.
