NOVELTY - Cell culture vessel (100) comprises base substrate and multiple of culture substrates (10) comprising deposited graphene layer disposed on the base substrate. The multiple culture substrates are arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the height direction, where multiple culture substrate including a permeable culture substrate having a through hole and a non-permeable culture substrate in which a through hole is not formed, where the non-permeated culture substrate is the lowest layer. USE - Used as cell culture vessel. ADVANTAGE - The cell culture vessel can enable production of large amount of cell culture by sequentially stacking culture substrates to reduce spatial constraints, and can improve cell culture properties.
