▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-chiral nickel-metal-organic framework hybrid material involves dissolving 0.30-0.60 g nickel nitrate in 5-10 ml water, adding 0.1-0.3 g graphene oxide, ultrasonically processing in 180 W water bath for 5-10 minutes to obtain nickel nitrate-graphene oxide mixed suspension, dissolving 0.50 mmol L-tyrosine and 0.50-0.58 mmol sodium hydroxide in 5-8 ml water to obtain clear L-tyrosine base solution, adding the L-tyrosine base solution to the nickel nitrate-graphene oxide mixed suspension, stirring at room temperature for 4-5 hours, filtering and drying at 80 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide-supported chiral nickel-metal-organic framework composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparation of graphene oxide-chiral nickel-metal-organic framework hybrid material, which is useful for electrochemical sensing detection of penicillamine enantiomer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene oxide-chiral nickel-metal-organic framework hybrid material with excellent chiral detection effect in convenient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of graphene oxide-chiral nickel-metal-organic framework hybrid material for electrochemical sensing detection of penicillamine enantiomer.
