▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene enhanced valve comprises e.g. (i) determining main body material and production type of the valve, valve body main body is metal, main surface of inner part and medium is contact and the main preparation direction is as follows carbon steel lining butterfly valve, stainless steel ball valve and carbon steel lining ball valve; (ii) selecting carbon steel, where the main preparation raw material of the valve and selecting different materials and other auxiliary materials of the valve according to different functions; and (iii) adding the main materials and auxiliary materials selected for valve preparation into the smelting equipment, adding graphene raw materials to cooperate with the main materials and auxiliary materials for preparation, smelting to prepare alloy liquid, controlling the temperature above 1000℃and maintaining the temperature for more than one hour. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene enhanced valve. ADVANTAGE - The method: adds graphene powder and mixing main materials and auxiliary materials together for smelting; and can significantly strengthen the structural strength of the valve withstand stronger external impact and internal impact, slow down the speed of damage, prevent valve leakage and prolong service life.
