NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite lubricating grease comprises mixing the first part of graphene, the first part of base oil and polymer acid and then heating, adding suspension of calcium hydroxide and water, carrying out first saponification reaction, then adding low-molecular acid and lithium hydroxide for second saponification reaction, refining, adding second part of base oil, cooling, adding modified second part of graphene, uniformly stirring, grinding into grease to obtain graphene composite lubricating grease, where the second part of graphene modification treatment comprises adding second part of graphene, epoxy resin, vinyl triethoxy silane and organic solvent into the ball milling tank, performing first ball milling treatment, then adding antioxidant, performing second ball milling treatment, adding calcium borate suspension liquid, performing third ball milling treatment and carrying out post-processing treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite lubricating grease. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite lubricating grease: has excellent colloidal stability, high dropping point, excellent anti-friction performance and excellent oxidation resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene composite lubricating grease prepared by above method.
