USE - Method for preparing activated three-dimensional graphene/nickel foam used for lithium ion battery as cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has large specific surface area and improves performance of lithium ion battery. The method is simple and suitable for industrial production, has short reaction time, keeps inherent properties of two-dimensional graphene, and generates nanosized pore structure on surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lithium ion battery activated three-dimensional graphene/nickel foam is prepared by ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain graphene oxide water solution, soaking foam nickel, depositing graphene oxide on foam nickel to obtain three-dimensional graphene oxide/nickel foam material, immersing in potassium hydroxide solution, taking out, standing for 24-48 hours to obtain activated three-dimensional graphene oxide/nickel foam material, placing into tubular furnace, heating to 300-800 degrees C, constant temperature reacting for 1-3 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, washing with water to neutral, and drying into blast drying box at 40-60 degrees C for 3-6 hours.
