NOVELTY - Preparing eco-friendly biodegradable PBAT foaming material, involves adding 30-60 pts. wt. butanediol adipate polymer and 10-40 pts. wt. polylactic acid into a screw extruder I, adding 1-5 pts. wt. organic modified montmorillonite, and melting to form a hot melt I with fluidity. The 1-30 pts. wt. molecular chain modifier and 1-10 pts. wt. degradation agent are put into a screw extruder II and melted to form a second hot melt with fluidity. The 5-10 pts. wt. thermoplastic starch and 1-3 pts. wt. plant fiber are put into a stirrer to be stirred to form a mixture. The hot melt I, the hot melt II and the mixture are placed into a screw reactor together, adding 1-10 pts. wt. a chain extender, and reacted. The reaction melt discharged from the outlet of the screw reactor is pumped into a third screw extruder. USE - Method for preparing eco-friendly biodegradable poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT) foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to compensate the reduction of rigidity and heat resistance of the PBAT material, and ensures the degradation capability and simultaneously maintains good water-proof and heat-insulating functions.
