▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A ceramic filter membrane comprises a porous ceramic substrate, and a plasma-sprayed carbon nanotube on the substrate. The substrate comprises clay, zeolite powder, graphene, mica powder, corn powder, chlorite, and activated carbon fiber. USE - A ceramic filter membrane used for a surface-modified carbon nanotube (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ceramic filter membrane has high strength and improved stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the ceramic filter membrane, comprising adding clay, zeolite powder, graphene, mica powder, corn powder, and chlorite in an acetone solution; ball-milling for 10 hours, drying, grinding, sieving, and pressing to a sheet; first sintering at 650 degrees C for 10 hours; forming a carbon nanotube coating on the substrate by plasma emitter; and second sintering at 1050 degrees C for 12 hours, and cooling.
