▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A coating composition comprises at least one graphene oxide comprising at least one monovalent metal ion chosen from lithium and potassium, at least one binder and/or at least one silane compound, and at least one solvent. USE - Coating composition is used for forming coating layer or multilayer coating on substrate (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to mechanical engineering and equipment, vehicle construction, aviation and aerospace industry, shipbuilding industry, electrical industry, precision mechanic industry, building industry, and household appliances. ADVANTAGE - The coating composition has excellent storage stability and corrosion protection effect without the use of toxic compounds such as chromium and other heavy metal compounds, fluoro-compounds and phosphate-containing compounds. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the coating composition, which involves preparing a dispersion of at least one graphene oxide in at least one solvent and adding the dispersion to a mixture comprising at least one binder and/or at least one silane compound and at least one solvent; (2) formation of at least one coating layer on a substrate, which involves applying the coating composition on the substrate, forming a film from the coating composition by curing the coating composition, and optionally applying at least one further coating composition to the coating layer and curing the coating composition; and (3) use of at least one graphene oxide in the coating composition to improve the corrosion resistance of the coating composition.
