NOVELTY - Artificial articular cartilage material comprises 50-70 pts. wt. ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, 4-7 pts. wt. graphene nano-sheet, 2-5 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. nano aluminium oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. carboxymethylcellulose, 1-3 pts. wt. glutin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. sodium chloride, 0.5-1 pts. wt. hindered amine light stabilizer, 2-5 pts. wt. oleic acid amide, 1-3 pts. wt. ethylene bisstearamide, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. propyl gallate, 2-4 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol and 1-2 pts. wt. colophony. USE - Artificial articular cartilage material. ADVANTAGE - The artificial articular cartilage material has higher hardness, low friction coefficient and small friction loss. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for artificial articular cartilage material preparation, which involves: (A) mixing all the components and grinding into a mortar for 1-3 hours; (B) adding into metallographic embedded machine for hot press molding, where the temperature is 150-170 degrees C and the pressure is 10-15 megapascal; and (C) keeping the temperature and pressure for 1-2 hours and water cooling for 30-50 minutes to obtain the product.
