▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-temperature resistant coating comprises 200-300 pts. wt. polyester imine resin, 80-160 pts. wt. cresol (C1), 1-2 pts. wt. cresol (C2), 18-28 pts. wt. cresol (C3), 100-200 pts. wt. cresol (C4), 20-60 pts. wt. polyol, 22-66 pts. wt. isocyanate, 2-30 pts. wt. graphene solution, 0.2-1.8 pts. wt. stannous octoate, 20-80 pts. wt. xylene (X1), and 30-60 pts. wt. xylene (X2). USE - High-temperature resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent high-temperature resistance, voltage resistance, electrical interference resistance, and electromagnetic shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high-temperature resistant coating, which involves heating polyester imine resin to 150 degrees C, adding cresol (C3) to dilute to obtain polyester imine solution, mixing polyol and isocyanate uniformly at 20-30 degrees C to obtain mixed solution, mixing graphene solution, polyester imine solution, and mixed solution, controlling temperature to 80-120 degrees C, adding stannous octoate, adding mixed solvent of cresol (C4) and xylene (X2), and diluting to solid content of polyester imine of 10-40 wt.%.
