NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum-metal composite material for vertically grown graphite comprises reducing and cleaning the base material, growing titanium layer on the surface of the substrate after reducing and washing, growing the graphene layer, and subjecting to post-powder metallurgy process, processing into a uniform workpiece, and performing each test. USE - Preparation method of aluminum metal composite material for vertically growing graphite used in domestic large aircraft C919. Can also be used in aircraft, high-speed rail and large power electronic field. ADVANTAGE - The method has high feasibility, low production cost, simple operation, improved product performance, and convenient for mass production and application. The growing graphene is uniform and stable, and the vertical growth is good for preparing uniform distributed work pieces in the post-thermal isostatic pressing process.
