NOVELTY - Preparation of cobalt oxide complex three-dimensional graphene aerogel involves taking graphite sheet, adding sodium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid, mixing for 30-40 minutes, adding 0.7-1.2 g/L potassium permanganate solution, mixing for 3-8 days, diluting, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, mixing, centrifuging at 8000-10000 revolutions/minute (rpm), adding deionized water, performing dialysis for 5-8 days, adding cobalt acetate, aqueous ammonia and ethanol, mixing, heating to 45-55 degrees C, reacting at 200-300 rpm for 8-15 minutes, cooling, centrifuging at 8000-12000 rpm, and washing. USE - Method for preparing cobalt oxide complex three-dimensional graphene aerogel used for manufacturing lithium ion battery electrode material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and suitable for large scale production. The product has improved heat stability, strong controllability, and high crystallization degree. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of cobalt oxide complex three-dimensional graphene aerogel comprises taking graphite sheet, adding sodium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid, mixing for 30-40 minutes, adding 0.7-1.2 g/L potassium permanganate solution, mixing for 3-8 days, diluting, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, mixing, centrifuging at 8000-10000 revolutions/minute (rpm), adding deionized water, performing dialysis for 5-8 days, adding cobalt acetate, aqueous ammonia and ethanol, mixing, heating to 45-55 degrees C, reacting at 200-300 rpm for 8-15 minutes, cooling, centrifuging at 8000-12000 rpm, washing with deionized water and ethanol, centrifuging, adding deionized water, hydrothermal reacting at 160-200 degrees C for 6-24 hours, filtering, freezing at - 40 to - 60 degrees C for 8-14 hours, freeze-drying, heating, calcining at 650-750 degrees C for 1-3 hours, and cooling. Mass ratio of graphite sheet, sodium nitrate, concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate solution and hydrogen peroxide is 4-6:0.8-1.2:230-270:18-22:18-22. Mass ratio of aqueous ammonia and cobalt acetate is 0.8-1.2:1. Mass ratio of graphene oxide and ethanol is 1:8-12.
