▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Reinforced self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt polyester tire waterproof coiled material comprises an isolation layer, a polyester tire base and modified asphalt material. The modified asphalt material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. asphalt substrate, 17-20 pts. wt. engine oil, 15-18 pts. wt. self-adhesive polymer, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 0.2-0. pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 12-15 pts. wt. talc. USE - The reinforced self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt polyester tire waterproof coiled material is used for building industry. ADVANTAGE - The coiled material has excellent cohesion, adhesion performance and compatibility with other additives; has thermoplasticity and solubility of polystyrene plastic, low modulus, low melting viscosity and low melting temperature, good cohesion and adhesive performance; enhances the bonding performance of the asphalt; utilizes graphene oxide which has flame-retardant characteristics and improves the flammability characteristics of asphalt based on the enhancement of its mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing reinforced self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt polyester tire waterproof coiled material comprising (a) preparing modified asphalt material comprises (a1) mixing the talc and the silane coupling agent, adding ethanol, heating to 65-70℃, stirring for 1 hour, filtering, drying to obtain the pretreated talc, (a2) adding asphalt substrate and engine oil into a reaction kettle, heating to 140-150℃, stirring at low speed for 30 minutes, adding modified graphene oxide, stirring at high speed at 1000 revolutions/minute for 1 hour, increasing the temperature of the reaction kettle to 175-180℃, adding self-adhesive polymer, continuing stirring, mixing for 1.5 hour, (a3) adding pretreated talc in the above mixture, stirring evenly and shearing at a high speed of 1000revolutions/minute for 90-100 minutes to obtain modified asphalt material and (b) pumping the obtained modified asphalt material into a soaking groove at the front end of a production line, forming the upper and lower modified asphalt layers on the upper and lower surfaces of the polyester tire base through pre-soaking and extruding, covering the upper surface isolation layer and the lower surface isolation layer on the upper modified asphalt layer and the lower modified asphalt layer, cooling by a cooling device, measuring the length, trimming the edge, winding and packaging to obtain the finished product.
