▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An exfoliated graphite oxide is prepared using solution of graphene oxide of 4-10 mg/mL. The 4-10 mg/mL graphene oxide solution is concentrated, to obtain graphene oxide solution with concentration of 15-25 mg/mL. The glass vessel has square notch, top end opening and polytetrafluoroethylene groove at bottom. The graphene oxide strips are provided to methanol solution. The graphene oxide strips are removed from the methanol solution and subjected to rolling-heating (h1), drying, rolling-heating (h2) and reduction expansion, to obtain three-dimensional graphene film. USE - Continuous production of three-dimensional graphene film is used as energy storage and conversion material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical and environmentally-friendly continuous production of three-dimensional graphene film having large area, high quality and excellent flexibility with high yield, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An exfoliated graphite oxide is prepared using solution of graphene oxide of 4-10 mg/mL. The 4-10 mg/mL graphene oxide solution is concentrated, to obtain graphene oxide solution with concentration of 15-25 mg/mL. The glass vessel has square notch, top end opening and polytetrafluoroethylene groove at bottom. The concentrated graphene oxide solution is injected at rate of 0.8m/minute from top end opening, and groove is positioned from bottom, and the graphene oxide strips having continuous strip-like structure are provided to methanol solution. The graphene oxide strips are removed from the methanol solution and subjected to rolling-heating (h1), drying, rolling-heating (h2) and reduction expansion, or placed under infrared lamp to restore expansion, to obtain three-dimensional graphene film. The three-dimensional graphene film is collected, wrapped and set aside.
