▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing transparent electronic label comprises (i) uniformly laying the conductive nanomaterials on the surface of the transparent substrate by screen printing process or coating process until the nanomaterials form a transparent conductive circuit on the surface of the substrate, (ii) forming a conductive antenna line on the substrate surface by adjusting the aperture parameters of screen printing or using an etching process, and (iii) bonding terminal of the antenna line to the chip of the electronic label to obtain a transparent electronic label. USE - The label is used in industrial automation and commercial automation. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes high transparency and good flexibility material for manufacturing flexible transparent substrate; has high transparency, good flexibility; is suitable for the target object to hide tracking and monitoring the application scene; does not affect the beautiful effect of the product; has low surface resistance, strong conductive performance, and high induction sensitivity, and simple preparation process; and is easy to batch production.
