NOVELTY - A composition comprises 2-4 wt.% carbon nanotubes, 5-25 wt.% additives and 65-85 wt.% silicone rubber. USE - Composition used for forming carbon-based highly conductive silicon composite material (claimed) used in wearable biosensor for detecting biosignals e.g. oxygen saturation and body temperature generated from human and animals. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent dispersibility and produces composite material having excellent electrical conductivity, elasticity and detects biosignals. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: manufacture of carbon-based highly conductive silicon composite material, which involves dispersing the carbon nanotubes in silicone oil to form a silicone oil-carbon nanotube dispersion, forming a dispersion by mixing an additive with the silicone oil-carbon nanotube dispersion and stirring, and baking the obtained dispersion at 55-65° C; and carbon-based highly conductive silicon composite material.
