▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene heating ink comprises 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 50-60 pts. wt. low-melting-point glass powder and 20-30 pts. wt. organic carrier. The graphene heating ink has particle size of less than 30 µm. USE - Graphene heating ink used for preparing heating element (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heating ink using graphene as conductive phase, low-melting-point glass powder is sintered to form a film at high temperature is used as a bonding material, organic carrier is environment-friendly aqueous resin. It can be sintered on substrates such as stainless steel, glass, ceramics, mica sheets and used for a long time at the temperature of below 600℃, high heating temperature, low energy consumption, reduced attenuation after long-term use, reduced volatile organic compounds (VOC) emission, and reduced damage to the environment and health of human bodies. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene heating ink, which involves adding remaining raw materials of the graphene heating ink into the organic carrier under stirring condition, and grinding; and (2) a heating element, which comprises substrate layer, aqueous insulating material layer, graphene heating ink layer, electrode silver paste layer and encapsulating layer in sequence.
