NOVELTY - Screening sulfadimidine medicine residue in goat milk comprises e.g. pre-processing goat milk with mixed aqueous solution of acetic acid and acetonitrile, anhydrous magnesium sulfate and anhydrous sodium acetate, obtaining supernatant A, adjusting the pH of the supernatant A to 2-6, adding dispersed solid phase adsorbent for vortex, centrifuging and separating the obtained supernatant B, adding the eluent to obtain the mixed system, where the dispersed solid phase adsorbent is prepared by using porous graphene and multi-walled carbon nanotubes, evaporating supernatant C and reconstituting with ammonium formate aqueous solution, analyzing the liquid to be tested a by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and quadrupole electrostatic field orbital ion trap mass spectrometry, and calculating the concentration of each sulfadimidine medicine in goat milk according to mixed standard working curve of each kind of sulfadimidine medicine standard substance. USE - The method is useful for screening sulfadimidine medicine residue in goat milk. ADVANTAGE - The method enables screening the sulfadimidine medicine residue in the goat milk in an effective manner.
