NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/epoxy resin anticorrosive coating comprises covalently modifying the graphene oxide with an isocyanate trimer, reducing the isocyanate trimer modified graphene oxide with an reducing agent to obtain an isocyanate trimer functionalized graphene, finally using the isocyanate trimer functionalized graphene as a corrosion inhibitor to synthesize an aqueous epoxy resin to obtain isocyanate trimer functionalized graphene/epoxy composite anticorrosive coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/epoxy resin anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: produces functionalized graphene, which can be combined with other aqueous polymer resin systems to prepare a composite coating with excellent performance.
