▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of two-dimensional layered nanomaterial ordered coating involves preparing two-dimensional layered nanopowder into a dispersion liquid and ultrasonically oscillating, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone to obtained dispersion, heating and stirring to completely dissolve to obtain a dispersion slurry comprising two-dimensional layered nanomaterial, dripping the dispersion slurry on substrate at preset angle of 1-30° with horizontal plane and spreading, drying the coating at 60℃ for 6 hours, and degreasing dried coating. USE - Preparation of two-dimensional layered nanomaterial ordered coating used for preparing self-lubricating coating material. ADVANTAGE - The coating prepared with highly ordered arrangement of two-dimensional layered nanomaterials can be used as a friction-reducing and lubricating coating on surface of mechanical components, and energy loss and wear failure caused by friction of the components can be significantly reduced.
